Healthcare Environmental Services Group specialise in servicing NHS Trusts,  public and private sector waste producers, research, pharmaceutical & nursing homes.

We provide a fully audited disposal route for clinical / healthcare waste, including collection, packaging & disposal.
We are authorised to uplift all types of healthcare  waste including low level radioactives.
We provide bin exchange services as well as bulk containerised collection containers including 35yd storage units, wheeled eurobins, & internal pedal operated storage units.

All our vehicles are fitted with the latest equipment including spillage kits fire extinguishers and fully trained ADR drivers, we provide a fully audited disposal route from point of uplift to final disposal.

We operate a specialised vehicle fleet dedicated to the safe collection and transportation. All our operators are trained to the highest standards, and are trained to deal with all emergency situations.

We operate 24 hours per day 7 days per week, including bank holidays.
We operate nationwide throughout the UK and have guaranteed disposal capacity for all waste types.

We provide all duty of care documentation at each uplift, including special & hazardous waste notes. We provide all consumables including UN approved containers for the safe collection and transportation of the waste.

 We operate our own fully licensed disposal facilities with capacity for over 16,000 tonnes at our purpose built facility in Shotts Lanarkshire. We are currently planning two new facilites for our southern operational plants later this year.

We operate from four regional sites throughout the UK.

Pharmaceutical / Radioactive Waste
We provide a full package & disposal service for the safe collection and disposal of pharmaceutical waste.

We uplift pharmaceuticals in bulk packaging and UN approved containers from pharmaceutical manufacturers, NHS Trusts, and Health Authorities.
Our staff are all vetted for security purposes and all waste is handled through our accreditation to BS EN ISO 9002.
We provide certificates of destruction detailing volumes and tonnages for all loads.

We provide a collection and disposal service for low level radioactive, we supply UN approved containers for the safe storage and disposal.

Waste Consultancy
Our management team are industry veterans within the waste industry, we have gathered experts in the field with a wealth of experience including regulator y control, and recycling, hazardous waste, and technical back up from our environmental chemists.
We provide all our customers a free waste audit service to identify all waste types and to source the most effective disposal route within budgetary constraints.
We appoint an account manager to all customers who has sole responsibility to ensure each account is handled individually.
We guarantee to reduce waste at source and to offer all customers access to our environmental expertise for any environmental issue.

 

Transportation
All our vehicles are fitted with spillage & emergency reponse kits.
All our staff are highly trained to deal with all types of waste.
All our vehicles are fitted with satellite navigation and gps positioning equipment.
All our operators are equipped with company uniform, & emergency PPE equipment.
All uplifts will be conducted during social hours to ensure no interruption to patients or guests.
